Experience Berlin in the newly remodelled loft. Cotton and wire were produced here around 1900 and car parts were stored here until 3 years ago. Now it has been completely converted into a stylish 40 square metre one-room loft. A dining room with a small kitchen, living area (sofa bed) and a small bedroom. Quiet in the green and yet in the centre of the city. 10 minutes by bus from the main railway station. To Friedrichstraße 5 min, Brandenburger Tor 12 min by underground. Ideal for exploring the city. The accommodation: The sofa in the living area can be pulled out and offers two additional sleeping possibilities. (On request). Further important information: Important: There is one bedroom with one bed. For additional guests, the sofa can be pulled out to sleep two more people. As this is a loft/studio, there are no doors between the individual areas (except for the bathroom, of course).
