A REWE store is located directly on the first floor of the house and a Lidl next door. All apartments have free high-speed Internet access. Furthermore, there is a hotspot for internet access in the outdoor area. The rents include all additional costs such as water, heating and electricity. So you have your expenses under control! ATTENTION: Please note that the legal German TV tax is not included in the monthly rent!! In addition to a pillow and a blanket, bed linen is also included. Furthermore, each apartment is equipped with a TV set and a cable connection. In the laundry center in the basement, our residents can wash and dry their clothes at prices that are significantly lower than those of the city's public laundry centers. Safety is our top priority! Therefore, in addition to the usual doorbell with intercom and the smoke detectors in each apartment, the house also has an electronic locking system and concierge service. The environment is very important to us. That is why we have installed an automatic light and electricity system in our apartments, which is activated by a card. You can simply pull the card when you leave the apartment and be sure that everything is turned off. A quick access to the educational institutions as well as to the hotspots in the trendy neighborhoods in Friedrichshain-Kreuzberg, Prenzlauer Berg and Mitte is guaranteed by the very good connections to suburban train, streetcar and bus.
