This very bright and cosy 54 square meter rooftop apartment is located at the highest elevation of Berlin, right between the districts Mitte & Prenzlauer Berg. 2 separate rooms, great views over the city from the roof terrace in the summer, or from the couch behind the big window front in the winter! Stylish black bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, blinds for late risers. You are living right under the sky here, with amazing views over the city... and who wants to go even higher up can climb the tower of the beautiful church of Zion nearby, to get 360° panoramic views of most major Berlin sights: the Reichstag, Potsdamer Platz, the Berlin Dome, or Mauerpark and the Berlin wall monument on Bernauer Strasse, which is only a 5-10 minutes walk away. This apartment is located at the top floor (5th) of an old but recently refurbished building. It has huge panoramic windows (direction West) and is very bright - in summer, you get direct sun rays here until around 9.30 PM! This apartment sleeps up to 4 people. There is a double bed (160cm wide) in the bedroom, and a comfortable double sleeper couch in the separate spacious living room (there is a door between the 2 rooms). We can provide an extra mattress upon request. The open kitchen is fully equipped for generous cooking feasts and was recently touched up (new fridge, dish washer, sink and a fancy beton ciré concrete workspace). The bathroom was also recently redesigned in stylish black and is so cosy and comfy despite its small size that you just won't want to get out! There is a washer too, and in the summer a mobile air-conditioning device. The living room as a very good sound system too. Conveniently situated at the border of the districts Mitte and Prenzlauer Berg, the apartment is wonderfully quiet, yet in the middle of a vibrant and fashionable neighborhood... close to Oderbergerstr. and "Mauerpark" with its famous Sunday's flea market and open air karaoke, and even some leftovers of the wall are just a stone's throw away! It's just a 2-minutes walk to the fashionable "Kastanienallee", one of the most exciting streets of "Prenzlauer Berg" district - with cool designer shops and lots of bars and restaurants for every taste.
