The apartment is spacious and very tastefully furnished. There is a separate dining area in the living room, and the bedroom is equipped with a walk-in wardrobe. The popular districts of Friedrichshain and Prenzlauer Berg can also be reached by tram in about 15-20 minutes. Within walking distance are retailers with everyday goods, supermarkets, various simple restaurants with German and international cuisine, and the "Rudolf Virchow" medical centre. The lido at Lake Orankesee is a 5-minute walk away. The restaurant "Orankesee-Terrassen" with beer garden or the bar in the water tower at the Obersee invite you to linger, not only in summer. Various sports can be practised in the nearby Sportforum Hohenschönhausen or in the Buschallee stadium. The hiking trails of the "3 Lakes Tour" lead around the Faule See lake and the Obersee-Orankesee Park.
