This cozy apartment is located on the first floor of the side wing in a classic Berlin Altbau-building. This means classic charming details like high ceilings, wooden floors, old doors and other typical features. It has a balcony and is fully furnished and equipped. A few cabinets for your belongings are in the entrance area as well as two mirrors and a special hook to hang a bike. The bathroom has a bathtub with a built-in shower and a washing machine; there is a cabinet with mirror above the sink to store cosmetics and toiletries. The next room is a dining room with a big table and a huge wooden cabinet where you can put books, tableware and decorations; it can also be used for home-office and other activities. From the dining room you enter the kitchen which is also fully equipped, featuring many electric devices and a gas stove. The main and biggest room has a double bed, a sofa, a dresser, shelves and a spacious wardrobe. The large windows face a quiet courtyard with trees. The balcony is big enough for chairs in case you want to spend time out on the fresh air. Anmeldung is of course possible. No pets allowed, sorry
