The famous shopping mile Kurfürstendamm is only a few minutes walk from the apartment. Other sights within 5min walking distance: Memorial Church (half-destroyed church commemorating the Second World War). KaDeWe (oldest fashion department store) The Berlin Zoo There are numerous cafes, bars, restaurants, hotels (Dorint, Waldorf Astoria, Motel One) and supermarkets in the immediate vicinity (3 minutes walk to the nearest supermarket).
