Dear interested parties, I am looking for tenants for my beautiful 3-room old building apartment in Prenzlauer Berg from November-December. The apartment has been completely renovated in 2021-2022 and will be handed over partly furnished, with a fixed-term lease. The apartment is located right next to the Kulturbrauerei, Kollwitzplatz and U-Bahn Eberswalder Str. The address will be given to those who register bindingly with me for viewing with a short text about themselves and hangynumber. The house was built in 1895.
