The apartment has a total of two rooms with two separate bathrooms. The larger room including kitchen and bathroom has a cozy sleeping area with a loft bed, desk, night lamp and television. In addition to the entrance area with a long hallway, there is another room including a bathroom, which can be ideally set up as an office, studio or additional bedroom. The furniture can be exchanged at will. For example, a double bed can be provided instead of a sofa bed. In addition to the private two-room apartment, there is access to a large community lounge including a balcony and roof terrace.
