This beautiful apartment is a second occupancy. We are moving and would like to sublet our apartment furnished. The apartment is located on the 4th floor. The property consists of three rooms, a bedroom, a large light-filled living room with access to the kitchen and dining area. The kitchen contains a luxury kitchen cabinets from the brand Häcker. A large spacious hallway / entrance area. A guest toilet and large bathroom with bath and shower. A HWR, a large bedroom with a small balcony. A dressing room/nursery also with access to the balcony. A large balcony/conservatory with windows that can be opened. A cellar and 1-2 underground parking spaces. The apartment has been furnished with high quality furniture (Rahaus, Ikea Pax wardrobes, Westwing, extra made bed etc). However, we will take some parts from our apartment to the new apartment. Therefore, not everything you see in the photos will be included.
