This wonderfully spacious and bright ground floor apartment in a historic, recently renovated building is located in a fantastic Kreuzberg neighborhood just down the road from Gleisdreieck Park. The open floorplan, 3.40-meter high ceilings rooms and large factory style windows give the apartment an airy, industrial feel. A large terrace that opens from the living room/kitchen area up to the interior courtyard serves as an outdoor extension of the living space and provides a green-enclosed oasis with a covered seating arrangement and gas grill. The smaller of the two bedrooms also has access to the terrace and is quiet enough to ensure undisturbed sleep with open windows. The second, larger bedroom faces the street and has a built-in loft bed. All windows are equipped with adjustable plissee blinds and automatic shutters for maximum privacy. As we will be spending a full year in the United States as a sabbatical, we are looking for suitable tenants to enjoy this great apartment, ideally for the entire period from July 15, 2021 to July 15, 2022. Minor deviations from this period are possible by arrangement. A preliminary meeting to view the apartment and get to know each other is desired before booking is confirmed.
