We are looking for friendly and reliable tenants to move in for the first time. The bright and modern furnished flat has a large living room with dining table, large sofa bed and a work corner with desk and swivel chair. There is also a large smart TV with free wifi access. The quiet bedroom has a large wardrobe and a comfortable large double bed (180 cm). The 2nd bedroom is furnished with a bunk bed, a wardrobe and chests of drawers. If required, 2 single beds can also be set up instead of the bunk bed. The fitted kitchen is new and fully equipped with induction cooker, refrigerator, washing machine, etc.. A small storage room in the hallway is very practical to store things like hoover, ironing board and clothes horse. The bathroom is completely renovated and has a bathtub and a shower. A cosy balcony with seating completes the charming 3-room flat, so that no wishes remain unfulfilled. The flat is located on the 1st floor of a very well-maintained apartment building with lift. The S-Bahn station "Wollankstrasse" is a 3-minute walk away.
