You will also be amazed by the adjoining garden and side room as well as the balcony with a wonderful view! You can reach the upper floor via the comfortable apartment stairs with private access. Once you have arrived in your realm, an open passage leads directly into the spacious and open 30 sqm living and dining area with a view of the kitchen. The large triple-glazed windows and integrated ceiling spotlights allow plenty of light into the house. The kitchen was designed to accommodate a kitchen island with a power connection.
