I am renting out my fully furnished apartment. As I am currently abroad for professional reasons, I have decided to rent out my lovingly furnished apartment. The neighborhood is wonderful and the climate in the house is simply immaculate. The apartment is 150 square meters in size, but the guest room is not rented out and remains locked as I store my private things here during my absence. It is possible to get a parking space by arrangement. Adding names to mailboxes and air conditioning signs is no problem. The rent also includes two new e-bikes. All connections in all directions are right outside the door. The apartment also has a fresh air system and is absolutely quiet and flooded with light thanks to complete quadruple glazing. Connections: With the tram M2, which starts right outside the door, you can be at Alexanderplatz in under 15 minutes. The distance is approx. 2.8 km 10-15 min walk to the heart of Prenzlauer Berg Shopping: Denns organic market: in the building Mitte Meer: in the building Penny: 100 meters Rewe: 100 meters Dm: 100 meters Aldi: 100 meters ... there are also various stores, corner stores, restaurants, bakeries, cafés etc. within a radius of 10-200 meters.
