Restaurants, cafés and bars, but also the popular Landwehrkanal, a large park, supermarkets, parking lots and the East Side Gallery are within walking distance. Everything was freshly renovated in February 2019 The accommodation The accommodation (approx. 100m2) is on the ground floor with direct access to the street. Both bedrooms are furnished with 2 single beds each. There are 2 sofa beds in the living room. The kitchen is newly renovated in 05/2022 and has an integrated view of the large dining area. Please note that there is only one small bathroom. If a large bathroom is important to you, this may not be the right accommodation for you. Nevertheless, the bathroom is nicely furnished and well equipped. Access for guests The entire loft is available for your sole use as described. At the rear of the apartment there is direct access to the backyard, which cannot be used due to previous noise complaints. However, as the apartment is on the first floor, you can go directly outside the front door to get some fresh air or smoke.
