Our apartment is situated in an original old loft building, surrounded by a quite backyard, in the perfect location of Kreuzberg. Filled with historical buildings, Schönleinstr. is a small but vivid side steet, full of individual cafés and shops. The loft is lovingly renovated and full of original art works. It provides a unique accommodation for singles, couples or families. You'll stay in our private art collection, which you can check out by finding KUHN-COLLECTION on the web. Enter the apartment through the staircase or take the old load elevator, which leads directly to the living room. You'll find 180 sqm (1,940 sft) full of original modern art, cosy lounging, representative dining and a custom made kitchen with a bar feeling. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a huge american style fridge with an integrated ice maker. The apartment has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. If only one bedroom is needed, we can convert the second room into an office. The internet is powerful and reliable, no noise from the neighbors and the street is heard and all of the mayor lights are dimmable for a cosy atmosphere. Here is a comment from our last guest after checking in: "I’m still trying to process how unbelievably cool your pied a terre is!!! Like, I am overwhelmed. And this neighborhood is ahhhhmazing! The area the apartment is situated in is just great, as you will find restaurants, cafés, bars, parks, supermarkets and all kind of interesting little stores just in walking distance. There are many old buildings which are under monument protection, the famous "Landwehrkanal" (ex. Paul-Lincke-Ufer), a popular canal with its trees, restaurants, markets, etc. Public Transport is only one minute away. The subway line U8, which leads you to trendy Mitte or individual Neukölln, and a bus line are really close.
