Hello, From April 2024 we will be renting out our house (partly furnished) in a quiet location in Berlin-Bohnsdorf due to emigration. We are looking for someone enjoys gardening and have a long-term horizon to rent. The house was built in 1934 and completely renovated from 2018-23, with certain elements such as the archway and the interior window between the kitchen and living room being retained. Thanks to the strong insulation and the LED panels in all rooms, the house is very energy-saving. On 100 square meters of living space, the house has 3.5 rooms with open roof beams. In the living room, the ceiling height measures up to 4m due to the sloping ceiling and is decorated with a chandelier. A spiral staircase leads to half of the room via the interior terrace, as well as the pantry and the attic. The bathroom offers a floor-to-ceiling waterfall shower and a triangular bathtub.
