Being on the peninsula of Alt-Stralau, with its seaside resort atmosphere, you might not believe it takes just 5 minutes to Berlin's newest hub: Media-Spree and just 10 minutes to Alexanderplatz (city centre). For all your favourite outdoor activities you'll find the perfect spot right at your doorstep: one of Berlin's most serene waterfront promenades if you prefer jogging or cycling, and the Rummelsburg-bay and the river Spree if you wish to sail, paddle or swim. Furnishing: The recently refurbished apartment is contemporarily furnished and provides all you can wish for while staying in Berlin, be it for a short while or a few months more. You'll find everything to feel comfortable, including unique pieces of art. The apartment is equipped with Internet (WiFi), flat screen TV. The highlight of the apartment is the bright and spacious living room. A modern and comfortable Office space is provided within the Apartment. The cosy kitchen is connected to the balcony and offers high quality brand new appliances: induction oven (Siemens) dishwasher (Bosch), kettle, large fridge/ freezer (Siemens), cookware, high quality cutlery, toaster and of course an indispensable coffee machine. The bedroom offers a king-sized bed, a spacious wardrobe, 2 sideboards and lounge chair. Bed linen, blankets, pillows, ironing machine and ironing board are provided. The apartment provides the luxury of two Bathrooms, from which one is equipped with a new washing machine (Bosch), the other one with a large bathtub, wall mounted toilet, mirrors, towels, etc. A secure and covered parking spot for your bicycle can be used free of charge. Location: A short 5 min walk brings you to Ostkreuz (east-cross), one of Berlin's major transportation hubs. From there you reach the Berlin Airport (yes it's open) within 15 minutes, Berlin Alexanderplatz (city center) in 10 minutes and several train (S-Bahn) & bus lines that take you to any point in Berlin and around. We hand out a lessor’s confirmation of residence.
