The accommodation (approx. 100m2) is on the ground floor with direct access to the street. Both bedrooms are equipped with 2 single beds each. In the living room there are 2 sofa beds. The kitchen was newly renovated in 05/2022 and has an integrated view of the large dining area. Please note that there is only one small bathroom. If a large bathroom is important to you, this may not be the right accommodation for you. Nevertheless, the bathroom is nicely furnished and well equipped. The exposed brick walls give this apartment its special charm. It is located in one of the trendiest and most diverse neighborhoods in Berlin and is very popular with couples, friends, families and business travellers. The subway (U8 & U7) is only 1 minute away. Restaurants, cafés and bars, but also the popular Landwehr Canal, a large park, supermarkets, parking lots and the East Side Gallery are within walking distance.
