The balcony/childrens room can be converted into an office/guest room and has a dresser, and a 4-door closet. There is a new single bed there. It offers access to the spacious south-facing balcony and is not visible through a blind over the sliding doors to/from the living room. The living room among other things with a TV with cable connection (BuLi Sky subscription included), a pull-out couch, and is also fully furnished. The open kitchen is fully equipped with a new coffee maker, fridge-freezer, microwave, ceramic hob and oven, toaster, kettle, dishes/glasses/cutlery, cooking utensils, etc....
