The bright and high-quality furnished 3-room flat with comfortable king-size box-spring beds is in a quiet area, despite its central location to Schönhauser Allee/ Torstraße. The bathroom is equipped with a modern Rainshower and the living and dining area features a large kitchenette, a round dining table and a comfortable couch, inviting you to spend cosy evenings watching TV. The entire flat has been furnished in a modern and cosy style. In addition to a modern 42-inch smart TV and a Sonos soundbox, free Wi-Fi access with an internet flat rate is available. You can wash your clothes in the washing machine at any time. Location The flat is in the best area of Prenzlauer Berg, only 100 meters from Torstraße. Prenzlauer Berg and Berlin Mitte offer numerous sights and countless opportunities to really experience the Berlin flair and become part of the city in cafés, restaurants, bars and clubs. Shopping facilities (supermarket, kiosk) are within walking distance. It is only a 10-minute walk to Rosenthaler Platz. From here, you can reach every neighbourhood in Berlin within a very short time by tram, underground or metro, and you are also close to the countryside: the Tiergarten/ Weinbergspark/ Mauerpark/ Stadtpark Friedrichshain are all in the immediate vicinity.
