The 78sqm apartment has an open design and is flooded with light with floor-to-ceiling windows. An open bathroom and open kitchen in the living area complete the concept. The large balcony offers a great view over Berlin and the television tower. The apartment is fully furnished and equipped to a high standard. The “lofty” apartment is on the 4th floor with a great view over Berlin. There are actually no doors in the open apartment - apart from the entrance door and the door to the toilet. When you get up in the morning you can walk out of bed into the bathroom, from there in the kitchen past the coffee machine and sit on the balcony and watch Berlin wake up. The 78 square meters are very bright and flooded with light thanks to the floor-to-ceiling windows on both sides of the apartment. Both corridors have built-in wardrobes and plenty of storage space (the tenant has a clothes rail, shoe cupboard and several free compartments at their disposal). From the open kitchen and living area you can step onto the large balcony / loggia and enjoy a spectacular view of the television tower. On the other side of the apartment there is a desk where you can work very well.
