Located at the canal, next to a recreational park, this light filled home provides a comfortable atmosphere with fine design details. It has a very spacious open kitchen-/ living and dining area, two bed bedrooms and an additional home office, which can be turned into a guest room. The apartment (a former piano assembly fabric) has high ceilings, a new wood floor and windows to both sides of the apartment - with a lot of natural light. This home is fully equipped to host a comfortable stay and is a real gem. Close to three big parks: Görlitzer Park, Treptower Park and Tempelhofer Feld it is ideal for jogging or biking and within walking distance from hip Paul-Linke Ufer (Kreuzberg) with all its start-ups and Maybach-Ufer (Neukölln) with many trendy and cozy restaurants, bars and little shops to discover. The area is called 'Kreuzkölln' because it's at the border of Kreuzberg and the beginning of Neukölln and has attracted a lot of international young people in the past. The local bus station is 5min away (Wildenbruchstrasse) by public transport it takes about 30min to Alexander Platz; and a 15min walk from the next U-Bahn. A supermarket and sweet coffee shops are located across the canal, which can easily be reached by a pedestrian-only bridge. A yoga studio is located in the same building.
