Our apartment is located in a former brewery in a beautiful neighborhood, with new and historic buildings. Viktoriapark is a two-minute walk and in five minutes you are on the lively Bergmannstraße with a nice selection of cafes, restaurants, & shops. The apartment is ideal for couples and families with children, or for singles. The perfect place to relax after a long working day! The accommodation The apartment is part of the former Schultheiss brewery and the building is a listed building. The neighbourhood is very quiet and family oriented (playground in front of the door), but still very close to everything. This is unique in Berlin! You have the whole apartment: bedroom with double bed (160cm), living room (with sofa bed (140cm) + futon), equipped kitchen and dining area, and bathroom with shower. There is also a small, beautiful terrace overlooking the square.
