 The recently renovated old building apartment provides a special living ambience with its high-quality, modern and cozy furnishings. The apartment is located in a quiet rear building with a view of the green garden, where you can enjoy the summer months. The functional apartment is divided into an open kitchen area, 3 bedrooms, a storage room and a bathroom with bathtub. Two of the three bedrooms are furnished with comfortable single beds, which can be arranged flexibly or used individually with a room divider. In addition, each bedroom has a spacious closet for clothes. There is also a workstation for 2 people in each bedroom. The third bedroom offers a comfortable box-spring bed and also a spacious closet, as well as a workstation for 2 people. The apartment can therefore be used by 5 - 6 people. The bathroom has all the necessary equipment, a washer-dryer and a cozy bathtub. The fully equipped kitchen offers enough space for cooking evenings. If pets are brought into the apartment, the rent increases by €50–100 and the final cleaning fee by €100.
