I am renting out my flat in Kreuzberg for at least 6 months. There are three separate bedrooms, each with a comfortable double bed at the moment (can be changed). The large room can also be used as living room. The location is exactly between two parks (Gleisdreieck- and Victoria-Park). The beautiful apartment is spacious, airy, bright. The apartment has original floorboards, oak parquet, stucco, balcony and high ceilings with stylish furniture. The apartment is ready for occupancy, which means that no further furniture or objects have to be procured. Blankets, bed linen, towels, a fully equipped kitchen with gas stove, washing machine and dishwasher are also there for you. Heating costs, electricity and gas connections, and fast internet flat rate are included.
