The apartment (75qm) is on the first floor and can be reached separately. The hello apartment has 2 large, quiet bedrooms, 1 large living room with a nice dining area, kitchen and a newly renovated bathroom with a walk-in, large shower as well as a balcony. Furthermore, record player and records can be used at any time and there are plenty of books and CDs. The fairground can be reached within 30 minutes, Olympic Stadium and Waldbühne within 15 minutes, Hahneberg within 10 minutes (walking distance). Outlet-Center B5 in 35 minutes. In 5 minutes you walk to the bus stop at Heerstraße. S- and U-Bahn from Spandau station Egg shopping opportunities: All within 7 minutes walking distance (Staaten-Center): Edeka, Rossmann, pharmacy, hairdresser, post office, bank, numerous restaurants and much more.
