Dear apartment seekers, As we are going abroad for about a year, we would like to sublet our beloved home to people who will feel just as comfortable in it as we do. What you will particularly love about this apartment is the combination of historic charm and high-quality furnishings. The beautiful old building with its high ceilings and stucco was lovingly renovated only a few years ago. Fun Fact: The series Babylon Berlin was filmed in our house. 😊 The apartment has approx. 125 m2, three spacious rooms, a large hallway, two balconies, and two bathrooms. It is fully furnished and decorated with great attention to detail, with high-quality furniture and a real crystal chandelier. For us, the apartment has always been a place to arrive and take a deep breath. And probably the most extraordinary thing for Berlin standards: the incredible view of greenery and water. From both balconies and many windows, you look out onto trees, water, and nature. There are no direct neighbors opposite, and no one can look into the apartment. This feeling of peace, spaciousness, and privacy is truly something special in Berlin. The apartment is also perfect for people who work from home. There are two high-quality height-adjustable desks, one in the living room and another workspace in the spacious hallway. In the living room, you have a projector for cozy movie nights. Both bathrooms have a shower. The large bathroom also has a freestanding bathtub with a view of the greenery. In addition, there is a washing machine and dryer, as well as direct access from the large bathroom to the second stairwell and the communal garden. We love the combination of nature, light, tranquility, and at the same time, proximity to the city - a good 10 minutes and you are in the middle of Prenzlauer Berg. The apartment is rented fully furnished and is ready for immediate occupancy: just unpack your suitcase and arrive.
