About

The darker months arrive sooner than you think. All the more reason to appreciate the abundance of natural light this beautiful, light-filled top-floor apartment offers, even during autumn and winter. Located on the 6th floor, the apartment also impresses with its high-quality interior and bright, welcoming atmosphere. The apartment comprises two rooms, an open-plan kitchen and a bathroom. All living areas are located on one level; this is not a maisonette apartment. The spiral staircase visible in the photos leads only to a small, open storage area on the floor above. A particular highlight is the large studio-style windows, which create a bright and welcoming atmosphere. High-quality parquet flooring is laid throughout the apartment. A well-equipped fitted kitchen is also provided. The bathroom features a spacious rain shower and also benefits from plenty of natural daylight. The bedroom faces the inner courtyard, making it pleasantly quiet. The apartment is conveniently accessible by elevator.
