Looking over Planufer, Landwehrkanal and Böckler Park a wonderful Berlin panorama spreads out. The bright apartment reaches from 6th to 7th floor with a super quiet backyard-looking bedroom including a 1. 8 x 2 m boxspring bed, a living room with a fully equipped kitchen, a big window front and a large dining area as well as a loft sitting room in the upper floor. The sitting room provides a comfortable sofa ensemble and a big 4K/UHD Smart TV. Also on the upper level, there is a quiet working area and a reading corner with a comfortable leather armchair. Additionally, you may take a step outside onto the south looking terrace with garden furniture. All rooms, the hall and the bathroom are equipped with a cozy underfloor heating system. Within 10 minutes of walking distance, the subway stations Prinzenstraße (U1), Kottbusser Tor (U1, U8), Schönleinstr. (U8) and Südstern (U7) can be accessed. Just as close we have the Kreuzberg open-air bath, the public park Hasenheide and the Bergmann-neighborhood.
