The dining table offers space for up to 6 people. The sofa invites you to relax and the modern Smart TV completes the flair of the flat. The Smart TV includes a Netflix and Amazon Prime function, a Sonos sound system and free WLAN internet access with a flat rate. The living area directly adjoins the large south-facing terrace, which guarantees relaxation. If pets are brought into the apartment, the rent increases by €50–100 and the final cleaning fee by €100.
