Unique Penthouse with 2 floors & 4 balconies We are a young family renting out our beloved home. Light-flooded spacious and fully equipped penthouse with 2 floors that makes you feel home. Perfect for a longer stay/workation with your family. Enjoy fantastic sunsets over the Gleispark, one of the most beautiful green spaces in Berlin, from the living room and the balconies. The roof top terrace gives you a 360 degree view of Berlin with a day bed or a family dinner. When you are into gardening, you can grow your own tomatoes. The apartment is divided into 2 floors. On the upper floor there is a bright open living-dining area with a fully equipped new kitchen. The kitchen includes high quality equipment from the oven, stove, microwave, kitchen supplements. A true heaven for people who love to cook. The living room has a dining table, big family couch, a 55´ flat screen and toys for the kids to play, while the family is together. Through the floor-to-ceiling windows and from the 2 large balconies you have an unobstructed view over Gleispark and in the beautiful backyard. Anywhere you look to, its green. In the basement there are 2 bedrooms, one with ensuite bathroom & one with a guest bath. The Master bedroom has a designer bed and tempur mattras. The second bedroom is currently used as sports/ child room incl. a baby bed or as a sports/ yoga room, as it is equipped with a peloton and other sports equipment. The 3 room is a home office, that has everything to manage your business from home (Big screen, adjustable table, printer, etc. ) Additionally there is a room with a wardrobe, washing machine. The apartment is located in one the top neighborhood for families to live in Berlin. You are right across the Gleispark, which is the most green, fun and family friendly park in Berlin. Its like Vondelpark in Amsterdam or Central Park in New York. You can go for a run, play all kind of sports incl. Beach Volleyball, Basketball or Soccer). All ameneties like supermarkets, coffee shop and restaurants are around the corner. The geographic location is Right in the center of Berlin between Schöneberg, Mitte and Kreuzberg. So you are within min. to 3 different neighborhoods. For public transport you have 3 different stations also in walking distance. For nation wide travel its a 10m. cab drive.
