The spacious light-filled 4-room townhouse is located on the border of Kreuzberg and Mitte, and is tucked away on a quiet street while still being in the center of the city. On the ground floor, an open kitchen with all the modern amenities leads to a spacious living room, which looks out onto the enclosed backyard. The first floor has two bedrooms (one with king size bed and the other with a double bed) with big windows, a bathroom with a bathtub and a shower, and a laundry room with a new washing machine. The open plan on second floor can be used as an office or a third bedroom. It has two desks and a pull-out daybed (can be a single or double bed), and a terrace. There is a functional fireplace and a bathroom with shower. There is also a basement with a lot of storage space. The basement is connected to the underground parking lot, in which one spot is included in the monthly rent. The area is pleasant and very well connected. Oranienstraße, which is just around the corner, boasts a wide selection of restaurants, bars, cafes and shops. The U-Bahn at Moritzplatz is a 6 minute walk, which is one of the most convenient lines in Berlin. There are also a selection of supermarkets in the area (EDEKA, ALDI, LIDL, Denns Biomarkt) are all within an 8 minute walk. In addition, Markthalle Neun, which has a top-notch fish stand, one of the best butchers, and plenty of fresh vegetable stands and natural wine shops, is a 15 minute walk away.
