We rent a tastefully furnished 3-room apartment (84 sqm) in the Westfälisches Viertel in Mitte. The apartment is offered fully furnished or equipped for limited periods (min. 3 months, max. 1 year). It is in a very quiet location on the 1st floor in the garden house of an attractively designed complex with a great view of the renovated Wilhelminian style building (front building) and the greenery. The apartment is very conveniently located (approx. 20 minutes from the main train station, U6 Hansaplatz, M10 Turmstraße, S-Bahn station Bellevue). The residential area is very attractive and offers suitable shopping facilities for all tastes (Edeka, Alnatura, GoAsia, Bolu, FrischeParadies) and leisure activities (Tiergarten, bars, restaurants, Armenius Markthalle, museums). The apartment itself has a spacious, fully equipped eat-in kitchen with access to a generously sized balcony.
