2 bedrooms apartment (109 sqm) at the South East of Berlin, directly at the river with a stunning big and marvellos rooftop terrace (42 sqm) and direct access to the waterside. A new American kitchen, a nice couch and Samsung 55 flat TV are there as well as a Nespresso coffee machine and some cooking equipment and plates. There is also a big kitchen table with four chairs, to eat or work there. Both bedrooms have a 180x 200 king size bed and a new big wardrobe. There are two bath rooms. One is with a tub and one has a very decent walk- in rainshower. Another highlight is the cozy little Marina for boats in front of the House. You can take a sun bath there🌞 or also swim in the Dahme river. There is a ladder to enter the quiet and slow floating river Dahme 🌊 that has in summer a pleasant temperature of about 23 degrees. Public transport is a 10 minutes walk to S Bahn station Grünau. From there to technology center Adlershof or BER airport in 10 minutes. To the city center like Alexanderplatz it is about 25 minutes.
