You live in an elegant and modern furnished corner apartment on the 4th floor of a typical apartment building in Prenzlauer Berg/Berlin. The contemporary old building with its numerous stucco elements was built around the previous turn of the century (approx. 1910) and has been renovated and modernized in the meantime. The smart-TV provides no television. The apartment offers on its spacious 80 sqm 3 rooms (1 bedroom, 1 dining room, 1 living room) and also 1 kitchen and 1 bathroom as well as a hallway with a small chamber for storage, perfect for one or two adults plus one kid. A south-west-north oriented balcony invites you to relax and enjoy the sun. Thanks to the height and the corner orientation, you look three-dimensionally into the neighborhood, but especially into the vastness and the sky. Please be advised that the apartment is not suitable for more than two adults (plus child). Also, the apartment does not offer the spatial division for a shared apartment ("WG"). The building does not provide a lift. Living and dining rooms are separated by a beautiful and high quality original old building French door, which allows you to work in the dining room separated from the happenings in the living room. Fast wireless internet for your home office is certainly part of the standard amenities. The bedroom offers you a large modern closet with sliding door and lighting, as well as a spacious chest of drawers for your clothes and private things. The excellent connection to the S-Bahn ring as well as the U-Bahn (S-/U-Bahn stations Schönhauser Allee) allows you to connect to the entire Berlin/Brandenburg transport network of BVG, regional trains and long-distance trains within only 4 minutes (300 meters). In only 10 minutes you can directly reach Alexanderplatz, in 15 minutes the Brandenburg Gate and in less than an hour you can circle the entire S-Bahn ring. Potsdamer Platz is 27 minutes away without changing trains. To Berlin's main train station you need 17 minutes, to Ostbahnhof 28 minutes. The nearest lake is about 15 minutes away by bike, and it only takes 40 minutes to get out of the city into the countryside by public transport (e.g. Tegeler See or Schlachtensee).
