The apartment is located on the 1st floor of an apartment building from 1963. You live on approx. 40 m2 of living space, which is ideally divided into 1 room, with kitchen, bathroom and hallway. The spacious living room faces south. Large double doors lead from the living room to the balcony. Nevertheless, the apartment is not easily visible, as the residential buildings opposite were built with sufficient distance. There is also a communal room where laundry can be dried. The apartment has a view of the countryside and stores for daily needs are within walking distance. The bus stop is in the immediate vicinity and yet the apartment is very quiet, as the house is set back in a garden area. The Britzer Garten is within walking distance. To the HU, FU and the main station you need about 45 minutes by public transport, to the BER about 30 minutes.
