Our very beautiful, designer made, newly renovated one room apartment is waiting for its first tenant. Apartment has one room, separate kitchen, corridor, bathroom and celler. House has elevator. After the complete renovation of the apartment and the whole house, its furnishing was finished very recently and no one has lived in it yet. Apartment is fully furnished and equipped with everything new: furniture, equipment and appliances. It has everything that 1 or 2 people need for a trouble free, comfortable and pleasant life. Our daughter, a young professional interior and product designer, was directly involved in the arrangement of the apartment and in the selection of each item for it. Some of her design products, in particular, unique lighting and a coffee table are her handmade. All this gives the apartment an unusual, special appearance and determines its originality. The harmonious, with the designer's taste and her handmade products and original paintings, gives the apartment a flawless modern look. The room has a double bed, wardrobe, sofa, writing table, secretary and very comfortable chairs that can be used for 2 people both for working at the desk and for watching TV. Like the rest of the equipment, the smart TV is also brand new with 230 including German, English and French language channels. The newly installed kitchen is equipped with top-of-the-line appliances: refrigerator - Miele, Siemens electric stove, oven and extractor; Bosch dishwasher and Samsung washing-dryer. Corridor has also full size wardrobe. Besides equipmet it has dishes, pens and pots, glasses, cutlery and more you will need for cooking and serving. apartment is located in a very central and busy residential area of East Berlin -famous Friedrichsein, in a very beloved part –„Samariterkitz“, which has everything around includng: many restaurants, cafes, bars, bakeries, shopping centers, doctors within walking distance. You can also reach various green areas and parks, fitness studios, bookstores and fashion stores very easily. The subway line U5 are just a few minutes' walk away from our house- the connection to local public transport is therefore guaranteed. Underground Public Parking is on our street, which could be rented if you would like to have a car.
