The house is located directly on the banks of the Große Krampe, in the Müggelheim district. Müggelheim offers several supermarkets and some other shopping and gastronomic facilities for daily needs. The Müggelsee lake in the north is 3 km away and offers further leisure facilities and restaurants. The neighbouring district of Köpenick offers a wide range of cultural activities, many places to go out and the S-Bahn connection to the centre of Berlin. The house is located in a residential area with detached and terraced houses. It is located northeast of the airport Schönefeld BER. In westerly winds, which according to the weather service and the airport authority in Berlin prevail for 2/3 of the year, the planes fly a route over Blankenfelde-Mahlow and cannot be heard. In easterly winds, the route runs over Müggelsee and the planes can be heard.
