🇬🇧 In the years 1928-31 Hans Scharoun and Georg Jacobowitz built the Hohenzollerndamm Apartment house Hohenzollerndamm 35, 35A and 36, Mansfelder Straße 24, whose target group Married couples without a family and busy bachelors were. Even today, both the house and the apartment radiates the charm of the classic modern / Bauhaus. Not least for that reason, it is also listed as a monument. The apartment in the house number 35 a, which is one of the largest in the house, is facing away from the road to the quiet Courtyard area. It has been lovingly modernized and extensively renovated. This was u.a. the bathroom, the kitchen, the electrical system as well as the parquet are renewed. 🇩🇪 In den Jahren 1928-31 baute Hans Scharoun und Georg Jacobowitz am Hohenzollerndamm das Appartementhaus Hohenzollerndamm 35, 35A und 36, Mansfelder Straße 24, deren Zielgruppe Ehepaare ohne Familie und beruflich stark beanspruchte Junggesellen waren. Noch heute strahlt sowohl das Haus als auch die Wohnung den Charme der klassische Moderne/Bauhaus aus. Nicht zuletzt deshalb wird es auch als Baudenkmal geführt. Die Wohnung im Haus Nummer 35 a, die zu den größten im Haus gehört, liegt der Straße abgewandt zum ruhigen Innenhofbereich. Sie wurde sehr liebevoll modernisiert und umfassend renoviert. Hierbei wurde u.a. das Bad, die Küche, die Elektrik als auch das Parket hochwertig erneuert.
