This flat is perfectly located in one of the most popular neighbourhoods of Berlin. Thanks to its location in the back house it is noticeably quiet, which makes it easy to sleep well with windows open or have enough calm for a productive home office day. The flat is on the second floor and has big, south facing windows, which makes the apartment very bright and airy, in summer and in winter. The luxurious boxspring bed offers great sleep comfort. Upon request we can also ft in a baby bed. Another highlight of this flat is its walk-in wardrobe with a lot of storage space. The open plan kitchen is great for cosy cooking nights at home and is equipped with great quality kitchen devices and utensils. The living space features a smart TV and a SONOS box. The sleeping couch can comfortably host 2 visitors. You can set up your home office on the charming vintage desk in the bedroom or on the dining table in the living space. A good internet connection is included in the rental price. You can find multiple different supermarkets and weekly markets with fresh produce from the region within a few minutes walk from the apartment. This neighbourhood really offers all the things that a metropolitan heart desires: cozy cafés, amazing restaurants, pretty stores, many yoga and other sport studios. The "Kulturbrauerei" is a cultural hotspot in this area of Berlin and is just a footstep (2min walk) away. Its a place for seasonal markets and events, it has a cinema, a museum and a yearly Christmas market. Public transport connection is great, so that you have options taking you in any direction of Berlin within a 10min walk. The M10 is just a 5 min walk away and brings you to Berlin central station within 15min.
