Dining kitchen: beautiful dining area with up to 4 people, kitchen + appliances, fully equipped for cooking, coffee maker, espresso pot, washing machine. Bathroom: walk-in rain shower. Private terrace with seating area. Our wonderful design apartment is designed with love and decorated with photos and artworks of Berlin artists. The apartment is located on the ground floor of the back building and is therefore very quiet. The Samariterkiez, where original Berliners and the international scene meet, offers a very large selection of restaurants, bars and stores. S-Bahn, subway are within walking distance in a few minutes.
