The brand new and sunny Apartment is situated on the 4th floor (elevator) of a newly renovated typical 1920 Berlin Housing complex and boasts a view to the sky and some trees in the most sought-for vicinity in town. 
 It’s close to the city center and in a lively and famed neighborhood full of colorful bars and restaurants – yet perfectly quiet, because it’s situated offside the street looking onto a quiet courtyard.
 You’ll have a little family shop across the street, and all kinds of supermarkets, also for organic food as well as pharmacies, drugstores, and a mall closeby. It’s 50 meters to the it-spot “Simon Dach Kiez”, 200 meters to subway and trains and 100 meters to streetcars. Also in the vicinity: Dry cleaners and a laundromat. (we have a washing machine, but no dryer) Rooms: Living room with desk, Queen-size bed, sofa (expandable to a bed) cupboards and closet, kitchen with table, washing machine, dish washer, induction cooking field and all utensils needed, shower and separate toilet. . The rooms are comfortably high, they are very bright, yet equipped with darkening curtains. The apartment was fully renovated and newly furnished in 5/2020 Basically, the apartment is for rent only for a period of 2 to 6 month – if you care to rent it less than that, we will have to negotiate a small fee due to extended expenditure. The apartment was totally renovated and newly furnished in 5/2020. There is no TV, but a strong WiFi It is strictly non-smoking! Pets on agreement Small dogs are possible (by arrangement). 8kg max. However, the final cleaning fee increases by 80 euros, as we want to keep the apartment anti-allergenic.
