You won’t live in luxury, but authentically and comfortably. Plenty of windows let in natural light and fresh air, offering direct views of Schillerpark from both rooms. When you need peace and fresh air, you can sit on your private loggia with a glass of wine and enjoy the unobstructed view of the park. The apartment is furnished in a minimalistic way, providing everything you need, but no unnecessary fancy stuff: There is a separate bedroom with plenty of fresh air, ensuring peaceful nights and little city noise even with the windows open. The living room has a large desk, and a couch with TV. The kitchen is fully equipped (including a dish washer), perfect for cooking meals while chatting with friends. The bathroom, although small, also has a window and invites you to relax with a hot bath. The mattress and other furniture are new, ready to be used by you for the first time. You can wash and iron your clothes directly in the apartment. Bedding and towels are provided. A modern and reliable internet connection and a TV with pay-TV included ensure smooth remote work and entertainment. If needed, a friendly landlord and a competent property management team are readily available to assist you.
