Unsere sehr große 3 Zimmer-Wohnung mit 3 Bädern eignet sich für große Familien, Freundeskreise oder Kollegen, die für längere Zeit nach Berlin kommen. Es gibt eine schöne Wohnküche mit Esstisch und Stühlen, die voll ausgestattet ist mit Kochgeschirr, Herd und Ofen, Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher und Toaster sowie einem Kühlschrank. In 2 der 3 Zimmern stehen je 2 Betten, die zu einem Doppelbett kombinierbar sind. Daneben gibt es Kommoden und Schränke. Das große Wohnzimmer hat ebenso 2 Einzelbetten sowie eine Sofaecke und einen schönen Balkon von dem man die Greifswalder Strasse überblickt. Es gibt 2 Duschbäder und ein Wannenbad. Eines davon verfügt über eine Waschmaschine. Bügeleisen und Bügelbrett stehen auch zur Verfügung. Das Haus hat keinen Lift. Die Straßenbahnlinie M4 hält direkt vor der Tür. Sie fährt in ein paar Minuten zum Alexanderplatz oder zur Ringbahn. Our very large 3 room apartment with 3 bathrooms is suitable for large families, groups of friends or colleagues who come to Berlin for a longer time. There is a beautiful kitchen with dining table and chairs, which is fully equipped with cookware, stove and oven, coffee maker, kettle and toaster and a refrigerator. Two of the three rooms have two beds that can be combined to form a double bed. There are also chests of drawers and cupboards. The large living room also has 2 single beds as well as a sofa corner and a beautiful balcony from which you can see Greifswalder Strasse. There are 2 shower rooms and a bath. One of them has a washing machine. An Iron and ironing board is also available. The house has got no elevator. The M4 tram line stops right outside the door. It will take you to Alexanderplatz or the Ringbahn in a few minutes.
