The apartment is fully equipped with quality furniture, appliances and has a mobile air conditioning system and a Tempurmedic Memoryfoam mattress as well. Incl. Maid Service (once every two weeks a maid will clean the entire apartment for you), Elevator, parking*, video projector and home-theater screen, Wifi, coffee/espresso-machine, Gas-Stove/Oven, Microwave, blow-dryer, washing machine, dishwasher, desk, Bose sound system and Apple Cinema Display to attach your laptop. We also have several home gym options you are welcome to use: TRX to train nearly all body muscles, a separate back-trainer as well as a treadmill. House rules: No Pets, No Parties, No Smoking (not even with or at an open window please). - *Parking for one car is available and can be booked for €15/week. Please let me know in advance if you need it, and I'll make sure it is available for you upon arrival. **Please note that the use of the HomeGym equipment is at your own risk. The landlord is not reliable for any accidents.
