The apartment is a fully furnished and comfortable home with a private rooftop terrace – a particularly lovely feature during the warmer months. Furnished with a sofa and table, the terrace enjoys sunshine for most of the day in summer and is perfect for relaxing, having meals outside, or enjoying a glass of wine in the evening. The apartment comes fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, including kitchenware, bedding, and towels. The living room features a comfortable sofa, an armchair, a TV, and a radio. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven, coffee maker, toaster, and all essential kitchenware. Bedroom 1 has a large double bed (180 × 200 cm) and a wardrobe. Bedroom 2 has a bed (140 × 200 cm), as well as a wardrobe and a desk. If preferred, the bed can be replaced with a larger bed or a bunk bed, depending on the tenant’s needs. The bathroom includes a toilet, sink, bathtub with shower, and washing machine. The apartment is comfortable, practical, and well maintained. The kitchen and bathroom retain their original 1990s design and have not been recently renovated, but both are fully functional and in good condition. Some of the walls feature colorful hand-painted details, including a dinosaur, giving the apartment a distinctive and playful character. Additional amenities include a robot vacuum cleaner, ironing board, iron, and cleaning supplies. Please note that the apartment is located on the sixth floor of a building without an elevator, so it may not be suitable for everyone. The reward for the climb is a bright top-floor home, your own rooftop terrace, and a little extra everyday exercise.
