About

The apartment is fully furnished and equipped with everything you need, including kitchen utensils, bedding, and towels. In the living room, you will find a comfortable sofa, armchair, TV, and radio. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, oven, coffee maker, toaster, and other necessary equipment. Bedroom 1 has a double bed (180 cm x 200 cm) and a wardrobe. Bedroom 2 has two beds (both 140 cm x 200 cm) and a wardrobe. Additionally, there is a desk that can be placed in one of the bedrooms if needed. The bathroom is equipped with a toilet, sink, bathtub with shower, and a washing machine. The apartment also has a cozy, small rooftop terrace with a sofa and table, where you can enjoy the sun almost all day during the summer months. Although the standard is decent, the apartment could benefit from some upgrades. Both the bathroom and kitchen are from the 1990s, but everything works as it should, despite being a bit worn. The walls were painted, and the floor (laminate) was laid in 2007, and these could also use an upgrade. Additionally, the apartment is equipped with a robot vacuum cleaner, ironing board, iron, and cleaning supplies. Important: The apartment is located on the sixth floor, and there is no elevator, which provides a good daily workout.
