Hola! 😊 I’m subletting my fully furnished to one person. As I’ll be traveling during this time, move-in and move-out dates are very flexible. My place is really a spot to unwind calm, bright and just easy to feel good in. It’s on a quiet street with lots of greenery, but at the same time you’re super central. It’s about a 5 minute walk to U Bahn Turmstraße (U9) and S Bahn Beusselstraße. You can get to Berlin Central Station or Charlottenburg in around 8 minutes, so getting around is very easy. Right around the corner you’ll find plenty of shops, restaurants and also a really nice market hall. The apartment is fully furnished and ready to move in. It’s a bright Altbau with high ceilings and lots of natural light in every room, which makes it feel very open and cozy. And honestly the best part is the bed 😄 It’s huge and super comfortable. Good sleep is really important to me, so I’ve got high quality Sofitel bedding. Perfect to fully relax after a long day in the city. Looking forward to hearing from you! xX
