It is a cosy apartment and we only want to rent it to people who appreciate that and respect the neighborhood. Supermarkets such as Rewe, Netto are in vicinity and S-Wollankstr is ˜300m making it accessible to anywhere in Berlin. There are parks around the apartment at walking distance and is full of greenery around. The house is in a great location which has nice restaurants, cafes and cute shops. Just behind the apartment is a nice canal to walk along.
