Located between Viktoria-Luise-Platz, Ludwigkirch-Platz, Prager Platz and the Kudamm, you have various interesting Berlin neighborhoods in all directions around your apartment in a 5-minute walk. With the Spichernstrasse subway in 100m, your apartment in West Berlin is within walking distance, with a lot of things, and yet very well connected to the public network. Parking spaces are almost always available. Living room, bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, chamber and a small room that can be used flexibly as a study or children's room or for sports. With the current furnishings, the apartment is best suited for one or two adults with one child. The apartment is not suitably furnished more than one child from 3 to 11 years or for a shared apartment of 3 adults. Internet is great with 1000Mb. Internet TV, a full kitchen and everything that is needed in a household is provided or, if necessary, is also provided for more comfortable living. The whole apartment is furnished in elegant, restrained colors and with an emphatically cozy, complete furniture. The apartment has sun in the morning for the bedroom, kitchen and bathroom and in the afternoon for the living room and balcony. The bedroom faces the green, very large, very quiet inner courtyard. Everything in the apartment is new! The cleanliness / hygiene is impeccable! On request, we can organize help with moving or doing laundry, ironing, cleaning on a weekly basis for a fee.
