An open living area with access to the surrounding terraces and the open fireplace provide a delightful feeling in summer as well as in winter. The adjoining kitchen offers everything you need for a quick breakfast or a dinner menu for several guests. These dine with water view at the dining table for 4 persons. A bike is at your disposal, a short ride on the riverside path of the pretty Landwehrkanal takes you within 10 minutes to the Ku´damm or, in opposite direction, to the Schlosspark.
